The client was hit by the defendnant when D came out onto the roadway in front of the client causing the client to drive off the road into a ditch. Due to the incident the client suffered injuries to the back, left hip, and left arm. The injury to the back was more severe since he ruptured a disc above the area he previously had a fusion done. This rupture caused the client to need another surgery to repair the damage.
