Erin Pine is a graduate of Binghamton University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Spanish Language and Literature. Thereafter, Erin attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law as a Dean’s Merit Scholar.

She worked as a certified legal intern for the Farmworkers Legal Aid Clinic, wherein she assisted underprivileged clients in obtaining U.S. citizenship. Erin also undertook internships at both the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Public Defender’s Offices, where she was able to gain significant courtroom experience by litigating preliminary hearings and negotiating with opposing counsel.
Additionally, Erin served as President of International Law Society, during which time she organized and participated in a program between Villanova law students and a non-profit group, VECINA, to assist Afghan refugees in obtaining humanitarian parole. Erin also worked as an Independent Consultant for SAVE Services, presenting in front of the U.S. Department of Education and the Office of Civil Rights.
Erin joins Ostroff Godshall as an Associate, primarily handling matters relating to premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and medical malpractice. With her, Erin brings her zealous advocacy and passion for helping others.
When she is not in the office, Erin can be found playing recreational league flag football, reading a Stephen King novel, or binge-watching TV with her dog, Tyson. Erin is also a huge Philadelphia sports fan and loves to debate with anyone who is brave enough to take her on.
