Michael Nuccio is a skilled attorney at Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers. Michael graduated from Temple University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2016 from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, where he served as Staff Writer for the Moorad Sports Law Journal. Michael graduated in the top 30% of his class and worked multiple pro bono cases during his time at Villanova. 

Prior to working at Ostroff, Michael worked as an Assistant Public Defender III in the Berks County Public Defender’s Office, representing clients in felon, misdemeanor, and summary proceedings at all stages, including preliminary hearings, suppression/pretrial hearings, bench trials, jury trials, and appeals. Then, he practiced as an Associate Attorney at Goldfein & Joseph, P.C., managing cases through all aspects of litigation. Michael is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
