Rich Godshall is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on catastrophic injuries caused by car accidents, truck accidents, construction site accidents, and unsafe conditions. He is the Firm’s most seasoned trial attorney, and the lawyer who handles the most complex and valuable cases. In addition, Rich manages the Firm and runs its litigation department.

Rich spent the first ten years of his career working as a defense attorney and partner in a nationally recognized firm. With his background, Rich brings first-hand knowledge of the tactics used by defendants and their insurance companies. This unique understanding allows Rich to ensure that each of his clients receive a fair settlement.

Rich has extensive trial experience having litigated and tried cases to verdict in many counties throughout Pennsylvania. He is also skilled in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediations and arbitrations. Rich’s cases have totaled about $150 million in settlements and verdicts. Rich lives in Malvern, Pennsylvania with his wife Alice and two daughters, Adrienne and Riley.
