The client was at a red light on York street in front of Rutter’s, and when the light turned green the truck from the opposite road tried to beat the client’s car. The car following the truck didn’t see the client’s car and hit the passanger side. The client was taken by ambulance to UPMC where the client was diagnosed with a fracture and dislocation of the left arm. Treatment for the injury was postponed due to ongoing chemo treatment for cancer. The fracture has healed by the client is still in pain and suffering from repeated dislocations of the arm.
