This is a compound issue with multiple separate problems stemming from riding on SEPTA. During one of the drives the client fell onto his right shoulder injuring it from a sharp turn that the bus took. Nine days later the client was taking SEPTA again and was thrown onto the same shoulder re-injuring it again. For the shoulder injury he had to get a complete shoulder replacement to correct the problem.
