The client felt a lump in her breast and went to her PCP in 2019. She received a mammogram as well as a sonogram at Temple which showed a 3×2 cm cystic/ductal cluster. At the time no biopsy was performed and was not referred to any other studies for additional treatments. As the mass grew in April of 2021 a biopsy was finally performed which revealed that she had stage 3 cancer that was metastic. She underwent a double mastectomy and chemo to treat the cancer.
