The client is a truck driver who picked up the loaded trailer from C & S Wholesalers. He drove the truck to Philadelphia where the store that purchased the goods was located. As he was trying to unload the product he noticed it wasn’t packed right. As he was trying to unload everything he was forced to climb over the pallet, when a box thnat was on it collapsed and he fell. The fall caused him to suffer a concussion and permanent blurry vision in both eyes.
