The client with his wife and son were driving on Route 100 Pottsrtown Pike, the defendant was also driving on RT 100 but in the opposite direction. The defendant crossed over the lines and wide swiped them. The defendant fled the scene but was later caught and arrested. Due to the accident the client suffered injuries to the head that resulted in semi permanent hearing loss.
