The client was at a stop sign in a four way stop when the defendant failed to stop and t-boned the client in the front passanger side. Due to the accident the client suffered injuries to the neck, right shoulder, right arm, right elbow, and right hand. Some of the injuries that the client suffered required surgery to repair.
