Our firm is passionate about supporting organizations that give back to our community. The Valley Youth House is one of those organizations that we care about deeply. Founded in 1973, the Valley Youth House provides physical and emotional support for Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley youth. They have created several programs to nurture children and young adults through in-school counseling, providing emergency shelter, and offering life skills development programs. At
Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers, we are moved by the impact this organization has on our community and wanted to do something to help support them and give back to the youth in our community. That is why we hosted a donation drive for the holidays. We collected $610.00 in cash donations and various games, clothing and sports gear.
We created the Nurturing the Youth Holiday Drive to collect donations for Valley Youth House. We collected donations at our Blue Bell office from the beginning of November until December 3, 2021. There is a list below of items that were needed. The items below were specific items requested by Valley Youth House and the people they serve. Many of the items are still needed! Thank you to everyone who participated and helped to make this holiday a little brighter for these individuals by providing them with things on their wish lists.
We also set up an online donation option for those unable to make a physical donation. We created a page on GiveSmart where people could make monetary donations if they preferred.
If you have any questions about this holiday gift drive or interested in donating to the organization itself, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office at (610) 279-7000. Although our drive may be over, it’s not too late to donate to Valley Youth House. If you wish to donate, the address below is where the items can be dropped off. Please call (610) 820-0166 to schedule your drop off time.
