How Long is your PA License Valid?
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, (PennDOT) like most state departments across the country, is looking for ways to lower costs. A recent proposal by PennDOT would double the time that a driver’s license is valid. So, instead of the typical four year license currently granted by PennDOT, a person’s license would be good for eight years.
Do you think the extended licenses will have any effect on safety if approved? Do you support this change? As a PA auto accident lawyer, I’m interested to hear your thoughts. Please leave a comment and tell us whether you approve of this proposal.
