Michael (Mickey) Nuccio has been a listening ear and aggressive advocate for his clients since becoming a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2016.

A graduate of Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, Mickey started his legal career at the Berks County Public Defender’s Office, where he skillfully advocated for indigent clients at all stages of the criminal process, achieving particular successes on appeals and at jury trial.

Prior to joining Ostroff Godshall, he honed his expertise working as an Associate with a defense litigation firm in Philadelphia, handling workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and asbestos cases.

This time spent as a defense attorney provided Mickey with a keen insight into how insurance companies fight claims, and how to counter their tactics.
