Michael Nuccio

Attorney

Michael J. “Mickey” Nuccio is an attorney at Ostroff Godshall, where he represents individuals in personal injury matters. His practice includes cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises injuries, animal attacks, product liability, and other complex injury claims involving negligence. Mickey approaches each case with a focus on careful listening, preparation, and clear communication.

At OG, Mickey represents clients who are often facing serious injuries and uncertainty about the legal process ahead. He prioritizes accessibility and transparency, taking time to understand each client’s concerns and explain their options in a clear, practical way. Mickey believes that effective advocacy begins with trust and consistent communication.

Before joining the firm, Mickey developed substantial courtroom and litigation experience in both public service and private practice. He began his legal career at the Berks County Public Defender’s Office, where he represented clients at all stages of the criminal process, including jury trials and appeals, and obtained multiple jury acquittals in serious felony and misdemeanor matters. He later worked as an associate attorney at a Philadelphia-based defense litigation firm, handling workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and asbestos cases. He also served as appellate counsel before Pennsylvania’s appellate courts. Mickey’s defense-side experience provides him with valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims and defend cases, and how to anticipate and respond to those strategies.

Mickey earned his law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law after completing his undergraduate studies at Temple University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. He also serves as an Arbitrator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.

Clients value Mickey for his approachable manner, attention to detail, and steady presence during difficult and unfamiliar situations. He takes pride in guiding clients through the legal process with patience, clarity, and commitment from the outset of a case through resolution.
