Lou is an experienced appellate advocate. Notably, he argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Gleason v. Borough of Moosic, 15 A.3d 479 (Pa. 2011), resulting in a decision that protects a plaintiff’s right to have a jury determine when the statute of limitations period begins to run. Lou has earned a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating, reflecting the highest peer-reviewed standard for legal ability and professional ethics.
Lou earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic and the Moot Court Program. He completed his undergraduate studies at La Salle University, graduating cum laude with a degree in economics.
