José Loya is the Director of Marketing at Ostroff Godshall. At OG, he leads the firm’s marketing, communications, and business development efforts, with responsibility for digital strategy, brand standards, performance reporting, and strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth and firmwide alignment.
José brings more than 20 years of experience supporting law firms, professional services organizations, corporations, and nonprofit institutions. His background includes work with Am Law 200 firms, national policy and research organizations, Philadelphia’s largest public-interest law firm, and public relations firms. His work focuses on practical execution across digital marketing, content development, SEO, paid media coordination, and creative production, with an emphasis on building systems that improve consistency, lead quality, and decision-making.
José is known for a disciplined, hands-on approach that combines strategy, analytics, and creative execution in support of firmwide goals. He is fluent in English and Spanish and holds a master’s degree from Yale University.
