Smith represents individuals in serious injury cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, and premises liability claims. His practice emphasizes disciplined preparation, accessibility to clients, and clear communication throughout the life of a case.

Before joining the firm, Smith developed a broad litigation background handling complex civil matters from inception through resolution. His experience includes discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation in personal injury, professional liability, and other contested litigation.
