Recently, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) put out its fifth report about each state’s efforts to end drunk driving.
MADD Gave Pennsylvania Drunk Driving Laws 1 out 5
Pennsylvania ranked among the worst states for preventing drunk driving accidents, according to the MADD study. The only star which Pennsylvania earned was for having sobriety checkpoints. In addition, Rhode Island was the only other state east of Texas to earn just one star.
As a PA auto accident lawyer who is recommended by MADD and who is committed to the safety of our citizens, I am concerned that our state scored so low.
Do you think Pennsylvania could do a better job preventing drunk driving accidents?
