While driving along Route 100, our client was rear-ended by a driver who had been aggressively tailgating for several miles. The impact caused our client to strike his head on the steering wheel, resulting in a bloodied nose, persistent headaches, and numbness in his right hand. He also suffered neck spasms and back pain that interfered with his ability to work and function normally.
