The client was sleeping in the passenger seat of the tractor trailer being driven by her boyfriend. As they were going forward another trailer that was parked on the side of the road started to move into the same lane. This movement caused our client’s boyfriend to swerve out of the way. Both of the tractor trailers collided causing a fire to break out. Our client was severly injured in the crash which lead to her being in the ICU for a week with a brain bleed and severe internal injuries.
