Our client slipped on black ice in the early morning while walking into work in Philadelphia. The ice was caused by lawn sprinklers that had been left on overnight despite freezing temperatures. She sustained a concussion and a neck injury, requiring hospital treatment and time away from work. Although employed by the clinic, a third party was responsible for maintaining the property where the fall occurred.
