The client works for a cleaning company and on the day of the incident it was raining so the client’s shoes were wet. As he was going up the stairs there was a large box blocking the top. The client tried to step over the box but slipped causing him to fall down the steps injuring his left shoulder and neck. The client suffered a torn rotator cuff that needed surgery to repair.
