The client was driving to work on Route 16 westbound. She was approaching the intersection between Route 16 and Anheim Church Road and moved into the right turn lane. She was then almost hit head on by the defendant’s tractor trailer. EMS came to the scene and took her to Chambersberg Hospital. After being released and scene by her Doctor she needed surgery to fix the damage to her back and neck caused by the accident.
