The client was driving on the PA turnpike, when the defendant crossed over the yellow lines hitting the client head on. Due to the accident the client suffered injuries to the neck, chest, back, abdomen, right leg, and left leg. None of the bodily injuries that the client suffered needed surgery to repair.
