The client had the green light and was making a left turn when a school bus went through the red light and struck the client head on. Due to the accident the client suffered injuries to the head, neck, and left shoulder. The client has constant pain in the neck. With the physical bodiliy injuries that the client suffered she was also diagnosed with PTSD as well.
