Ryan Michaleski is an experienced trial attorney who focuses his practice solely on personal injury cases, ranging from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and nursing home abuse/neglect where his clients have suffered serious and permanent injuries. Ryan spent over a decade as a defense attorney and was most recently a partner at a national insurance defense firm, where he handled nursing home abuse and neglect matters, as well as automobile, premises, products and general liability matters.

I will do everything in my power to help right the wrongs that my clients and their families have suffered. This is my promise to them.

Ryan now exclusively represents personal injury victims. His experience as a former defense attorney provides him with firsthand knowledge of how defendants and their insurance companies evaluate and value cases. This understanding allows him to ensure that his clients are receiving fair compensation for their injuries.

Ryan lives in North Wales, Pennsylvania with his wife, Katie, and their three children, Mia, Alexandra and Patrick.

Ryan received his law degree from the Widener University School of Law – Wilmington in 2006. While at Widener, he was the recipient of the Lindsay Law Library Award for excellence in Legal Research and received Certificates of Achievement in Legal Methods I and Professional Responsibility for having the highest grade in those classes. Ryan received his undergraduate degree from Ursinus College in 2002, where he received a double major in History and Politics. While at Ursinus, Ryan was a four-year varsity swimmer. Ryan’s competitiveness as a swimmer has translated to his competitiveness and tenacity for his clients.
