Position: Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney
Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers, a highly successful personal injury law firm with 8 offices across the State (main office located in Blue Bell, PA), has an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Attorney to join our team.
Ostroff Godshall is not the PI firms of yesterday. We are young, aggressive, and growing. We are looking for motivated/self-driven lawyers that want to make a mark for their clients, themselves, and the Firm.

These include an executive branch that runs the Firm, an intake department, a pre-litigation department with lawyers and case managers responsible for building cases, and a litigation department responsible for handling cases through resolution.

The candidate must want to independently handle a case load and want to try cases throughout Pennsylvania. The candidate should have experience in handling medical malpractice or nursing home cases and a drive to work on complex cases from investigation to trial. This is not a litigation attorney position; it is a position for a trial attorney.

As an Associate Attorney you will get the opportunity to work alongside seasoned attorneys and develop your skills and expertise in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law and litigation, which can be on the plaintiff or defense side. You must be ready to handle a challenging case load from pleadings through trial, be well organized and personable with the ability to travel state-wide and to surrounding areas.
To be considered for this position you must possess the following:
- J.D. in Law from an accredited college or University
- Licensed in PA is a must; NJ license a plus
- Must be able to travel throughout PA and surrounding states as necessary
- Have reliable transportation
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new systems with ease
- Medical malpractice experience
- Intermediate knowledge of personal injury law as well as state laws and regulations as they apply to our area of expertise
- Must be able to handle a challenging case load from pleadings through trial
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and complete assignments with conflicting deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to contribute as an individual and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
