map-of-crashOn Monday, May 15, 26 C.W. Henry School eighth graders and their chaperones left for a class trip to Washington, D.C. on a Werner Coach charter bus. Halfway between Wilmington and Baltimore on I-95, the driver of a Honda Civic attempted to pass the bus and lost control of his car. The driver veered across lanes of traffic and clipped the front of the bus.  The bus overturned and hit an embankment and a tree, and landed on its side across the highway. Twenty-nine people sustained injuries. Two suffered critical injuries.
